Tassimo Coffee Maker Review: Bravo to Tassimo!

Tassimo Coffee Maker Review. I purchased my Tassimo Coffee Maker three years ago. After a thorough review of coffee makers, this one received fantastic reviews. Based upon my research, I decided that it sounded perfect. With my decision made, I proudly purchased my Tassimo.

When I arrived home, the instructions were easy to follow. I inserted a T disk, hit the start button, and in less than a minute had a freshly brewed cup of cappuccino! The delicious scent of the aromatic blend soon filled my home. The true test was in tasting my first cup of the infamous Tassimo coffee maker brew. It was superb! I could not wait to share a cup with all of my cafe-loving friends and family.

The taste was just as delightful as a cappuccino that I normally paid $5.00 for at my favorite java joint. With the purchase of my Tassimo, I was like a kid in a candy store when I saw the selection of T disks that were offered. I could now brew an espresso, latte, cappuccino, tea, or hot chocolate in my own home! They all proved to be equally tasty.

Since purchasing my Tassimo coffee maker, the selection of flavored T disks have multiplied. I can now choose from morning blend, hazelnut, and caramel. I can also choose from decaffeinated, as well as "skinny" blends. Imagine my surprise when Starbucks, Gevalia, Maxwell House, and Twinings all began selling their signature blends for my machine. I can prepare one cup after another,if I choose.

I have such confidence in my Tassimo that I have approached people who are looking at coffee makers and happily shared with them how delighted I am with my machine.

One of my favorite features of the coffee machine is that it comes apart extremely easily, which makes cleaning it very simple. I can quickly remove the three pieces on the front, which allows me to toss them in the dishwasher.

In contrast to the many pros, I have only encountered two cons, which are the cost and availability of the T disks. Since I live in an urban area, I have to travel to a Target or Bed Bath and Beyond store to purchase the T disks. Unfortunately, they are not available in grocery stores.

In reference to the cost, it is definitely more than store-bought coffee, but since you make one cup at a time, you never find yourself dumping out a pot of coffee. Also, when compared to the cost of a cup of coffee at Starbucks, the cost of T disks is much less.

An added bonus is that I receive Bed Bath and Beyond coupons in the mail, so I use them to save 20% off each package of T disks. Their store also frequently lowers the cost of certain flavors during the holidays. When I find them on sale, I use my coupons and happily have enough disks to last me for over a month.

I can definitely testify that I have gotten my money's worth from my Tassimo Coffee Maker. It was a wonderful investment.
