Our Bunn Coffee Maker Review - Model VP17-1 SST

We own one of the Bunn commercial coffee makers, the Bunn Coffee Maker Model VP17-1 SST. It is probably the best coffee maker we have ever owned. We absolutely love this coffee maker!

We are both "coffee people" and we love that cup of coffee the first thing every morning. With our Bunn we get that first cup quick! If you set it up the night before, you barely have to be awake; just pour in water and out comes great coffee!

It makes a very fast pot of coffee and keeps that pot and a second pot hot on the second warmer. Best of all, the coffee tastes great! It is ready really fast and you can keep one pot hot and fresh while making a second pot.

We use it to make a pot of regular coffee for ourselves and a pot of decaf for customers and friends who may not want the caffeine, especially later in the day.

The Bunn Model VP17-1 SST is a very sturdy coffee maker. It is built to last and has served us well for the time we’ve owned it. We have never had problems of any kind with it. Even though it is a commercial coffee maker, the Bunn doesn’t need a water line. You don‘t need a professional to install anything, you just plug it in and you are ready to go! You simply pour in the water and a pot brews right away.

The two warming plates make it very convenient if you need two pots for a large crowd or if you want to keep a pot of decaf coffee as well as caffeinated warm at the same time.

The very best thing about the Bunn Model VP17-1 SST Coffee Maker is that it makes a terrific pot of coffee so fast that you hardly have to wait on it at all.

The only thing bad about this Bunn model is the cost. It is not inexpensive. However, this is really not that bad as this Bunn coffee maker is still reasonably priced for a commercial coffee maker.

It is a workhorse and is built to last, so you do get a great quality product when you make the decision to buy this Bunn model coffee maker. You can’t go wrong if you decide to purchase this wonderful coffee maker. It is a decision you will never regret.
