Keurig Platinum - I have been wanting a Keurig since my husband's family got one last year and I realized how useful it is.

My husband and I both drink a fair amount of coffee but would always go to Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks or some other local coffee shop. It just seemed easier and quicker than making a whole pot of coffee that we would only drink half of.

When we made coffee at home we would waste half a pot of coffee multiple times a day. The alternative would be buying it out and spending $3 each at a clip.

My favorite thing about the Keurig B70 is that you can make one cup of coffee at a time and it only takes a minute or so. It also allows me to have a flavored coffee while my husband has his regular coffee.

Other bonuses are that you can make tea and hot chocolate and the Keurig Platinum B70 will also do iced coffee.

Initially I had some concerns about the cost. I though that buying all of those individual K-cups of coffee would add up quickly. Then I found out that they have an insert that you can get that allows you to use your favorite brand of coffee instead of buying the K-cups.

So we buy our coffee when it is on sale or when we have a coupon and we are actually spending less. We will buy the Keurig K-cups at a Warehouse store like Sams Club or BJ's where you get a box of 80 cups for under $30.

Since we use the K-cups we always have multiple brands / types of coffee in our house so that guests can enjoy their favorite coffee.

You can but just about any flavor that you can think of and you can get them in sampler / variety packs as well so you are not committed to 30 cups of a flavor that you are not sure you will like.

One of my favorite parts - my cup of coffee is always fresh! Since you make them one cup at a time, you are never drinking that cup of coffee that has been sitting around (getting burnt) for a hour between making it and drinking a couple of cups.

This is definitely a coffee maker for coffee lovers. I would recommend this single cup coffee maker to anyone who enjoys a nice fresh cup of coffee and likes to have a variety of options for their coffee as well.

Also anyone who thinks that it is easier to go through a drive through will save plenty of money with this choice...
