Keurig Mini Brewer B-31 Review - "Never Again!!"

I bought two Keurig Mini Brewer B-31 as Christmas presents, and four weeks later, my mom and my son both reported their brewers stopped working.

The water barely dribbles out, the water doesn't get hot.

Keurig trouble-shooters tried telling them to use warm water. Brewers still don't work.

I am very angry. The only option customer service gives us is to replace with two new mini brewers (if they deem ours as defective).

Never again!! I'm going back to my old-fashioned Mr Coffee maker.

Keurig replaced our two mini-brewers after I complained, asking us to return the needles (not the entire brewer).

After a month, my mom this week reported that she's having trouble with hers again. She says the water doesn't heat and release.

I don't know if she's doing something wrong, or if this type of brewer is just real persnickety.

The customer service folks are very friendly at Keurig, but this mini-brewer just hasn't worked out for us.

I've had the special edition type more than a year, and recently descaled it, and it is still working fine.
