KEURIG COFFEE MAKERS - Horrible Product and Horrible Customer Service. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It will quit working, it is just a matter of time. Please save your hard earned money. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.

Check the internet for all of the problems associated with this product.

Could you give our readers any more details? For example which model did you buy/have problems with? And what issues did you have with Keurig's Service Dept?

Any additional info really helps our reader make an informed choice when choosing a coffee maker.

Tech Support are only Sales Folks

I purchase my Keurig single brewer in Feb 2008. It worked purfectly until Oct 2010. Then it just quit.

You press the brew button and it just clumps. No water output.

I called Keurig and they gave the run around for a week trying to get in touch with tech support. That was a bunch of crock. They were only sales folks trying to get you to buy a new machine. No such tech support.

How many times have you cleaned the machine in the 20 months that it worked perfectly?

How many times have you descaled it?

What kind of water were you using in it?
Please do not waste your money on Keurig

I have cleaned my Keurig every two months, including descaling with white vinegar every two months. We have always used filtered water to make the coffee with.

The machine has NEVER worked problem free. It really has been a pain in the butt.

Not to mention that our original Keurig was replaced within two weeks of purchase.

However the machine (second Keurig) which in only 13 months old has quite working the way it should. It will only spit out a couple of drops of water and will not make a cup of coffee now.

Do not waste your time or money with these guys.

Got my first Keurig Elite as a Christmas gift last year. I'm on my 4th. Cleaned regularly, followed instructions. Keurig replaced. Wonderful customer service.

I've had my Keurig Elite for over a year now. I haven't descaled it once. I have cleaned the reservoir. I use water I run through Brita first and it works fine!!
