We do get a lot of mail asking about warranty related issues. The best advise is to get in touch with the production company, or the place where you purchased the coffee maker from. We can not resolve warranty issues... sorry!

Last option is if you have a comment or review of a coffee maker. Then you can either go to that brands specific page and fill out a review there, or if you can not see the brand in our navigation bar, go to the Reviews page, and write one there. Please be sure to write constructive reviews with as much information as you can. Writing four lines of "I hate ____!" is not very helpful, and will not be published!
