Pro's
Cool programmable brewing.
I like the thermal carafe because it keeps coffee hot longer.
I love the way I can put the carafe on the table.
I had this unit for over a year and it makes great, consistent flavor coffee.
The carafe keeps my coffee steaming hot for 6 hours!
Very small unit - a real spacemaker coffee machine.
My coffee stays hot and I love that it has a timer.

Con's
The programming of this machine is difficult to maneuver.
The plastic is very poor quality and is mis-shaping.
The coffee spills all over every time I pour a cup!
The coffee also does not get as hot as it should be.
I must reheat the coffee in order to have a hot cup of coffee.
We have bought two last month and one lasted less than two weeks and the other only a month!
As expected, it is completely plastic, and coffee tastes plastic.
