Pro's
The thermal carafe kept the coffee hot for quite awhile.
It is easy to fill water since the reservoir is removable.
The unit looks fairly sturdy!
The cone shaped filter basket is easier to insert, remove and clean.
The water tank easily lifts right out.
There is no need for filling a separate jug and pouring in.
I love the double-walled carafe that makes my coffee always hot!
The water reservoir is designed with a D-shaped overflow hole to prevent overflowing.
Con's
After 9 months, the machine just stopped working halfway through a brew cycle.
The lid of this coffeemaker is impossible to clean.
The pot dribbles and lets out steam off the small holes.
The pot is hard to put in place.

The carafe lip makes it hard to empty completely.
