I have been very pleased with this machine!
It has a couple of handy features without any bells and whistles.
It's easy to use and somewhat affordable.
This unit delivers much-needed blasts of caffeine that help me make it through my morning without losing my patience.
I really loved the timer feature.
When I get out of the shower my coffee is already waiting for me!
The two hour keep warm plate lets coffee stay warm and fresh without burning it.
Con's
The machine works good but finding the replacement carafe is hard.
It only looked good but coffee is not hot enough!
The burner is hard to clean with always a residue on it!
The coffee drips out of the pot when pouring.
Coffee just keeps running out of the basket even though the basket is locked in properly.
The keep hot plate doesn't stay hot as long.
Sneak-a-cup feature doesn't really work well.
